Tom Miles’ roots are planted very deep in central Virginia. His family has been in the area since the mid-1700s. Raised on a working farm and in a general store, Tom understands that hard work and faith in serving others is essential and the key to success.

Tom, who graduated from Ferrum College, has worked in Central Virginia’s construction industry for over 30 years, specializing in designing and building custom homes.

Work ethic, communication and organizational skills come naturally to Tom. He has surrounded himself with seasoned professionals during his career, which has resulted in his vast network of professionals that are crucial to a Realtor.

Tom says, “Being gracious, practical and accessible is key. My intention is to keep the process simple for both the sellers and buyers while offering the highest possible service.”

Tom’s purpose for sellers: “My goal is to net them the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of problems.”

Tom’s purpose for buyers: “Find them just the right property, at the best price, in the right time, with the least amount of difficulty.”

Tom and his wife Lin have a daughter and three sons and live on Queen’s Mountain in Albemarle County. Tom has been involved with and supports many local clubs and volunteer organizations and has also coached youth sports. He enjoys training dogs, fishing, canoeing and golf.
